Kursaal Oostende is one of the largest and best equipped conference and concert halls in all of Belgium.

Its location, smack in the city centre and right on the Zeedijk promenade is truly unique. The auditorium is an ideal choice. It seats 2200 in normal circumstances, while parallel sessions can easily be held in the Kursaal’s various multi-functional rooms and meeting centre. Five years ago, Kursaal Ostend was conferred the title of ‘Flanders Heritage Venue’, an initiative of Visit Flanders. And last, but certainly not least: Kursaal Ostend is expanding and therefore on its way to becoming the largest auditorium to the west of Antwerp and Brussels.

De Grote Post is housed in a heritage-listed, characteristic, modernist building that served as Ostend’s main post office for decades and was transformed into a cultural centre in 2012. This inspirational meeting place offers a stimulating environment that invites its visitors to think, experience and take action. The building offers a wide range of facilities, including three auditoriums and ten multi-purpose rooms, each with a capacity ranging from 20 to 400 persons. The Panorama Auditorium on the fourth floor leads to a roof garden that offers a 180° view over the Leopold Park and the city.

The Bagatelle can similarly be divided into three levels, making it the perfect venue for those wanting to give their event a little extra flair. It is suitable for events for 50 to 1000 persons, including meetings, buffet dinners, conferences, congresses, dinners, seminars, fashion shows, product launches, gala evenings, trade fairs, and more. This venue offers more than enough possibilities!

The Diaz Arena, KV Ostend’s main football stadium, is a unique location for all sorts of events. This venue offers four large auditoriums and three breakout rooms. As a result, it’s perfect for meetings at which plenary as well as multiple smaller sessions are held. The Diaz Arena is therefore suitable for both seminars attended by 20 persons and large conferences attended by 600.
