Astropolis

The universe is fascinating because it is a mysterious and ever-changing place. Astropolis does not have permanent, but only temporary exhibitions. These temporary exhibitions run from a minimum of three months to a maximum of two years. So there is always something new to discover! The unique valhalla for astronomy and space enthusiasts also has two meeting rooms at its disposal with a capacity up to 54 persons.

Bluebridge

Bluebridge enables and facilitates growth in the Blue Economy to provide solutions for the challenges humanity faces. As the heart of Ostend Science Park, Bluebridge boosts the potential of entrepreneurship, open innovation between start-ups, corporates, knowledge institutions, public partners and civil society. They offer (flex) offices, meeting rooms and event spaces up to 200 persons. The unique interaction between marine and maritime business and research is what sets Ostend Science Park apart.

De Cierk

On the Oosteroever of Ostend, you will find a unique concept: The Cierk - Fish food & meet market. This establishment is located in the old fish market of Ostend and focuses on experience and awareness, not only in taste and quality, but also during the events in the all-round venues. When you organise an event here, you step into the story of the short chain: a craft of yesteryear, honest workmanship and transparency. You can come here with very small groups, but also with groups of up to 100 people and more.

Fort Napoleon

Fort Napoleon is a place that sparks the imagination with its authenticity. The impressive building amidst the dunes of Ostend is the perfect destination for any corporate event. The in-house brasserie meticulously handles all catering moments. It is suitable for meetings, workshops, and impressive team-building activities. La Couronne

Salon La Couronne is for those looking for added value. It is an inspiring place for those who want something different, without losing it's homely charm. From an informal meeting to a creative performance or a refined dinner, Salon La Couronne always turns out to be the perfect location.

Salon La Couronne is located on the first floor of the family house. The entire salon combines a splendid bar with fine sitting areas, a professional kitchen and a terrace. The salon is divided into 3 rooms, with a capacity up to 50 persons.

Located on Oosteroever and a mere stone’s throw from the sea, O.666 is an ideal base camp for teambuilding activities, workshops, brainstorming sessions, think-tank days or meetings with an alternative flair – in a relaxed, inspirational environment! They will be happy to develop a new concept, especially for you, ranging from a workshop that focuses on upcycling plastic to a soap-making, candle-making or ceramics workshop, including an ecologically friendly lunch (with home-grown vegetables from the collective garden) to a walk on the beach or an introduction to the principles of the circular economy. Meetings can be held up to 90 persons.

KAAP

Arts centre KAAP is Flanders' first and only regional arts centre, the result of a fusion of the former arts centre Vrijstaat O. and De Werf. The arts centre focuses on music, stage, visual arts and literature. When there are no music, dance, theatre or literature performances, you can relax in the very cosy café with the most beautiful view of the sea. KAAP Ostend is located on the seafront and can be rented to organise a unique staff party, seminar or meeting! Depending on the setup, KAAP can host a meeting for up to 80 persons or a reception for up to 120 persons.

Zelda & Zorro

Zelda&Zorro aims to bring people together in a casual setting. The open bar, food-sharing buffets and workshops are the DNA of Zelda&Zorro and create a 'feel at home' experience. The living room concept was conceived to allow parents to enjoy their leisure time carefree while providing quality entertainment for their kids. However, this venue is also perfectly suited for a corporate event! The unique setting and contemporary décor make Zelda&Zorro the perfect meeting place for groups up to 50 persons.
