Conscious movement and breathing accessible to every body
Floor De Vlieghe of "Pilates aan Zee" takes you through a blissful hour of "Mind-Body Connection". Using accessible Pilates exercises, safe for everyone, stretches and calming breathing exercises.

A "Move-Stretch-Breathe" session is highly recommended for all of this. This can be done on the beach, if the weather permits, or at a relaxing indoor location near the centre of Ostend. All material is provided by Floor.
Groups who wish can also add a short meditation session.
